| Michael Pavelka is a graduate of Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. Michael Pavelka has over 20 years of Foodservice experience in sales and operations. Before starting Apex Marketing, Michael held the position of Regional Sales Manager with Sico America covering a 10 state territory. Prior to Sico America, Michael was the District Sales Manager for the Edward Don & Company covering both North and South Carolina. Michael has also owned and operated his own Restaurant. |
